Reborn Doll Accessories

What Are Reborn Doll Accessories?

Reborn doll accessories are the clothing, feeding props, bedding, and furniture made to fit handcrafted reborn baby dolls rather than standard toys. The category splits into four practical groups: apparel sized in inches to match the sculpt, feeding and care items such as magnetic pacifiers and bottles, soft goods like blankets and swaddles, and nursery furniture including cribs, baskets, and strollers. Sizing is the one thing that matters most — a reborn is measured crown to heel in inches, and most 18 to 24 inch sculpts fit genuine newborn to 6 month baby clothing.

Start With the Size

Almost every returned accessory is a fit problem, not a quality problem. Measure your doll from the top of the head to the heel, then shop the band rather than the doll's name. Small sculpts of 6 to 13 inches need doll-specific clothing; from about 16 inches upward real baby sizes begin to work, which makes the wardrobe both wider and cheaper. Our reborn doll size and style guide lists every band against its real-clothing equivalent, and each product page here states the inch range it fits.

Shop by Type

Clothes and Outfits

Rompers, knit sets, bonnets, and seasonal pieces cut for infant proportions rather than toy-store shapes, so nothing bunches at the shoulder or gapes at the neck. Browse the full range in clothes for reborn dolls.

Pacifiers and Feeding

Magnetic pacifiers attach to a concealed magnet behind the lips and lift away without marking the paintwork — they only work on dolls built with that magnet, which each product page states. Bottles, care kits, and diapers sit in feeding and care, and magnet designs are collected in reborn pacifiers.

Nursery and Furniture

Cribs, moses baskets, strollers, and changing mats turn a shelf into a scene and give a large doll somewhere to live. See reborn nursery and furniture.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size clothes does a reborn doll wear?

Match the doll's length in inches to real baby sizing: 16–18 inch dolls generally wear newborn, 19–22 inch dolls wear 0–3 months, and 24 inch toddler sculpts wear 3–6 months. Dolls under 16 inches need doll-specific clothing, since baby sizes start too large.

Do magnetic pacifiers fit every reborn doll?

No. A magnetic pacifier only holds on a doll with a magnet set behind the lips. Dolls without one can still use standard pacifiers or open-mouth sculpts that grip by fit. Each doll's product page states which type it takes.

Can accessories be shared between silicone and vinyl dolls?

Clothing, bedding, and furniture are interchangeable — only size matters. For solid silicone dolls, avoid strongly dyed fabrics, since silicone can absorb colour from clothing left on for long periods.

How do I wash reborn doll clothes?

Hand wash in cool water with mild soap and air dry flat. Machine washing distorts the small seams that make doll clothing sit correctly, and heat can shrink knitwear a full size band.

Are these accessories safe for real babies?

No. Everything here is made for dolls and display only. Several items contain magnets or small parts and are not intended for infants or young children.
