Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. The estimate below starts from dispatch, and the delivery date shown further up this page already includes both.

Duties and taxes
Import duties are already paid
We ship delivery duty paid. Import duties and taxes are settled by us before your parcel reaches you, so there is nothing to pay when it arrives at your door. Most European orders leave from our EU warehouse and clear no border at all.
If a carrier still asks you for a payment
It happens rarely, but if a courier requests duties or handling fees on a Mk Reborns parcel, pay the fee so your parcel is released, then send us the receipt. We will refund that amount to you in full.

Tracking
Following your parcel
A confirmation email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Carrier scans can lag one to two days behind the parcel itself, so a quiet tracking page does not mean a stalled delivery.
If tracking has not moved for more than five business days, write to us and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.
Changes and cancellations
Changing your mind before dispatch
Because orders move to the warehouse quickly, cancellation terms depend on how soon you reach us. Contact support@mkreborns.com as early as you can. Every request is confirmed by our team before it takes effect.
Need a different delivery address? Tell us straight away and we will update it if the parcel has not yet been handed to the carrier.
Returns and refunds
If something is not right
Write to support@mkreborns.com before sending anything back. Returns arranged without our confirmation, and refused deliveries, cannot be accepted or refunded.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 10–20 business days, depending on your bank. Our full terms are on the Refund and Returns page.

Find your baby’s build
Care depends entirely on how a doll is made, and the difference matters most around water. The build of the doll on this page is listed in its specifications above. Match it to one of the three below.
Cloth body
Soft vinyl head, arms and legs joined to a fabric torso filled with weighting beads. The most common build, and the one that gives a doll its sleepy, settled weight.
Never place in water
Full body vinyl or PVC
Moulded in one piece with no fabric anywhere. The tummy and back are fully sculpted, and the limbs stay firm and posable.
Water safe
Full silicone
Cast as a single piece of soft platinum silicone. Squishy to hold, warm to the touch, and the closest thing to real newborn skin.

Cleaning
Everyday cleaning, by build
The one rule that applies to every doll: never rub or scrub the skin. Every baby is painted in fine layers and sealed by hand, and friction is the only thing that reliably removes that paint. Dab and pat, always, and never wipe back and forth.
Handling
Keeping the paintwork perfect
Do
+Support the head and neck whenever you lift your baby.
+Move limbs slowly, and only as far as they naturally travel.
+Let the doll dry completely before dressing it again.
+Store somewhere cool, dry and out of direct sunlight.
+Wash new clothing before the first wear, especially anything dark or red.
Don’t
×Rub, scrub or use an abrasive sponge anywhere on the skin.
×Use alcohol, acetone, nail polish remover, bleach or solvent cleaners.
×Leave the doll in a hot car, near a radiator, or on a sunny windowsill.
×Pull or stretch the arms and legs, as silicone can tear at the joints.
×Put any doll or its magnetic pacifier through a washing machine or dryer.
Hair
Rooted and painted hair
Painted hair is part of the sculpt and needs nothing beyond the cleaning already described. Leave it alone and it will stay perfect.
Rooted hair is set strand by strand and behaves like very fine baby hair. Wash it rarely, every few months at most, using a small amount of mild baby shampoo in lukewarm water.

Wet the hair only, keeping water away from a fabric torso if your doll has one.

Work a little shampoo through with your fingertips, never with a scrubbing motion.

Rinse, then press the hair between a soft towel to lift the water out.

Let it air dry fully, then style with a wide-tooth comb or a soft baby brush.
Never use a hairdryer, curling iron or straightener. Doll hair is a synthetic fibre and melts long before it curls.
Dressing and storage
Living with your baby
Clothing
Vinyl and silicone both absorb dye over time, and a dark or brightly coloured outfit left on for months can stain the skin permanently. Wash new clothes before the first wear, and change the outfit now and then rather than leaving one on indefinitely. Our clothing collection is sized to fit our babies.
Posing and display
Every baby arrives dressed and ready. Lay yours on its back or side, in a bassinet, a basket or your own arms, since long spells face down can press and flatten a cheek. If your doll came with a magnetic pacifier, lift it away rather than dragging it across the lips.
Putting your baby away
For long-term storage, wrap loosely in a cotton sheet or acid-free tissue and keep it somewhere cool and dark. Skip sealed plastic bags, which trap moisture, and never stack anything heavy on top of a stored doll.
